Today, 23 April 2017 – Shakespeare’s birthday (and Roy Orbinson’s, apparently), St George’s Day, and this year the London Marathon day too – is also World Book Day. And more importantly, since I’m posting this rather late, World Book Night. All across the country people are pressing a copy of their favourite book into the hands of friends, family or random strangers and urging them to read it. So in the spirit of the day, a very special offer from Practical Inspiration Publishing: here are three of our recent titles, all of them potentially life-changing:
- It’s Not You, It’s Your Hormones: The essential guide for women over 40 to fight fat, fatigue and hormone havoc by Nicki Williams
- Founded After Forty: How to start a business when you haven’t got time to waste by Glenda Shawley
- Strip Naked and Redress with Happiness: How to survive and thrive through personal challenge by Maria Hocking
Leave a comment saying which you need and why, and the most compelling (in my opinion, because it’s my blog!) will receive a free copy of their chosen book, posted to an address in the UK.
Books change lives. That’s why being a publisher is the best job in the actual universe.
